Free 6 week course for those with long term health conditions to get out into nature
The Warwickshire Wildlife Trust are running a free 6 week course between 9th September and 14th October called Taking Some Time Out. It is available for all adults living in South Warwickshire with a long term health condition. Each session will start at the Ken Kennett Centre in Stratford upon Avon.
Participants will get the chance to:
- Spend time outside during each session, gently exploring nature
- Learn about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing
- Have a go at simple nature crafts and photography
- Discover new ways to help nature where you live
