LCEP team run free webinar on Electric Vehicle Charging for Rural Locations – recording available

The South Warwickshire Local Climate Engagement Programme team & the Energy Saving Trust recently worked together to run a webinar to give advice on installing EV charging in rural locations.

Village/rural locations face unique challenges when it comes to EV charging infrastructure. The financial viability of installing charge points in these types of areas is often challenged, with lower populations and longer travel distances to existing charge points exacerbating the situation.

The webinar provided a unique opportunity to ask questions of the Regional Account Manager of the Energy Saving Trust (EST). The EST is the leading national independent organisation working to address the climate emergency.
